Is the Exceptional Savings Plan dental insurance?
No — and that's the point. The Exceptional Savings Plan is a membership program offered directly by Exceptional Dentistry. There's no middleman, no claim forms, and no waiting periods. You pay one annual fee, and you save immediately on care in our office.
When do my benefits start?
Immediately. Once you enroll, your membership is active and you can use your benefits the same day. There are no waiting periods for cleanings, exams, or treatments.
What's included in the annual fee?
Your preventive care — routine cleanings, dental exams, and diagnostic x-rays — is included at no additional cost. You'll also receive 20% off most other dental treatments performed in our office.
Can I use it with my dental insurance?
The Exceptional Savings Plan cannot be combined with dental insurance or other discount programs. It's designed as a stand-alone alternative for uninsured patients or those who prefer a simpler, more transparent option.
Can I add family members?
Yes. The Family Plan covers up to 4 members for $999/year. Additional family members can be added for $199/year each. If you're not sure which plan fits, give us a call at (661) 349-7725 and we'll help you decide.
Are there payment options for the annual fee?
Yes. We accept payment in full at enrollment (with an extra 5% savings) or you can split the cost with pay-over-time financing. There are no hard credit checks and 0% APR options are available.
What if I need a specialist?
The membership covers treatments performed at Exceptional Dentistry. Dr. Ramy and our team handle a wide range of services in-house — from cleanings and fillings to crowns, implants, root canals, extractions, and clear aligners.
Is the membership refundable?
